However, please note that certain services, such as customized or completed work, are non-refundable once delivered. This includes personalized projects, consulting sessions, or any work that has already been started or finished. Additionally, any services requiring substantial time investment or custom work are also non-refundable once initiated.

Should you wish to cancel a service before it has been completed, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before the service is scheduled to begin. If the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee may apply.
